Well instead of diminishing last night, as predicted, the wind and seas grew. , and also moved around more to the south. Finally, a chance to show new folks that Spirit can tack. Some more rain squalls, wind finally petering out, some motorsailing, and we're again on our way, with what wind there is back out of the ESE. Everyone and everything wet, and people are ready to reaquaint themselves with the sun, in hiding since we left Gloucester. Should be crossing Gulf Stream soon.
